Cost to Bring a Litter into the World!
The average stud fee is between $1,000 and $3,500. This usually includes 2 - 3 vials for insemination or 2 - 3 side by side sessions. Due to pelvic and hip anatomy, French Bulldogs typically cannot mate naturally. Some can, but we do not choose to try it on our females because we don't want to cause them stress.
Health testing typically costs $300 including a reproductive examination. This does not include genetic and trait testing, which can cost roughly $200 per dog.
The C-section, which French Bulldogs require due to the disproportionate ratio of pup's head size and mom's pelvic canal, costs around $2,000.
Puppies see the vet 2-3 times depending on when they find their forever homes, and each litter exam with vaccines costs between $80-$400 depending on how many pups are in the litter.
So, just to bring a litter into the world, you are looking at roughly $4,000-$8,000!
Additional Costs
Whelping puppies and getting them ready for their forever homes is not cheap either and we spare no expense!
We start the pups on Royal Canin appetite stimulation newborn food and work our way up to kibble. This is AFTER we weigh the pups twice a day and sometime tube feed the pups with a nasogastric tube to assure they are gaining appropriately. As the natural birth stimulates mom to produce milk, we have to wait for mom's milk to come in when a c-section is done. So sometimes we bottle feed or use a nasogastric tube to get puppy formula to each puppy. With food and supplements, we spend around $500 a litter.
In addition to food, we stimulate the pups to pee/poo and give them cloth baths to help momma. Especially with larger litters.
Assuming the pups are doing well and are eating solid food, they get 3 rounds of de-wormer and are microchipped! This usually costs around $50-$75 at the vet. We do this for you and also pre-pay the lifetime service membership fee! This is INVALUABLE!
Lastly, our puppies go home with a goodie bag that includes around $300-$400 a bag! We spend over $2,000 on our bags full of puppy essentials!

Prices
Our prices range from $4,000-$25,000
Fawns and Black Brindles usually cost $4,000-$5,000
Creams and Blues usually cost $5,000-$6,000
Tan points, colored Brindles, and Lilacs usually cost $6,000-$8,000
Isabelle, Rojo, Platinum, and Merles usually cost $7,000-$10,000
Full Fluffy Frenchies cost roughly $1,500 more in their particular categories.
Breeding rights are not included but can be discussed. Not all puppies will be available for breeding rights, as not all puppies are breeding quality. That does not mean they aren't beautiful, fabulous pets... it just means that the ear set may not be quite right; their chest might be too broad; they may have too long of a snout... etc...
I have NEVER sold a puppy with breeding rights, but have placed our breeding quality pups into guardian homes.
Deposit and Wait List
We require a $500 deposit to reserve your puppy. This deposit comes out of the total price of the puppy. You may simply place a $250 wait list deposit to reserve a pick from a litter, and can pay the additional $250 when you choose your puppy.
All deposits are NON-refundable, but are transferrable up to 3 litters. This helps assure that we have homes for all puppies we produce and have serious buyers.

Each puppy with be listed on Gooddog.com along with their individual price. Gooddog is where I take applications and accept payment as well. This platform protects buyers as well as myself. Payment Policy
Payment can be made in full at anytime, but is due within 1 week of puppy's go home day if you are paying electronically.
We have a 3 payment policy, that we have found works best for our customers.
Payment 1: Due at time of reservation (puppy pick)
Payment 2: Due by week 6. At least half the balance is due at this time.
Payment 3: Due at pick up if paying in cash, and within 1 week of puppy pick up if paying electronically.
We do have credit and payment plan options detailed below.
Terrace Pets
Terrace Pets is an independent organization that helps our customers finance their purchase, as we know our puppies are costly. We do not receive any financial information, but are informed if a customer is approved. They pay us for your puppy and you can pay them over time.
